Thanks to all my certificated trainings, I can propose you differnt training, both indoor and outdoor. To find out which fitness activity is most enjoyable and motivating for you.
I will guide you to achieve your goals and interests, whether they are (weight loss, muscle building, increase you’re fitness level..)
Together we will create individualized training planings. I will encourage you during the training section through out your exercise routine. Furhermore, to correct movements and posture.
This is the service I offer you in my personal training :
1- Training with goal setting :
What ever is your goal, I will clearly help you break it down into a step by step process. Importantly feedback will determine what works and what doesn’t.
2- Physical execices and new habits :
As you go through your training plan I’ll take care and expect new habits pop out.
3- Sport activity with steady routine (consistency):
Noticeable workout results that will appear overtime with consistency
4-Exercising and Diet Plan :
Your energy, mood and muscle recovery that you have throughout the day can be affected by what you eat. Don’t have to make drastic changes straight away. Slowly make an effort to improve your eating habits as you workout progresses.
5- Better rest day:
Another habit is to not forget the importance of the rest day, and the quality of your sleep, for your body to recover.
6- Accountability :
Share with me your struggles, talk to me about your day, stress and mood. So we can adapt the training for the best results.
7- Personal training for habits that you need :
Change other bad habits into good habits : ex : smoking habits, ….
How often should you see your personal trainer ?
It depends on you, generally you can see me from a few times per month to several times a week. It depends on your budget. My job is to bring you benefits and teach you to become independant.
You don’t have motivation to exercise?
You do not know where to start to sculpt your body? Why don’t you try a private session with a coach?
The sports coach is entirely devoted to your training and can choose the exercises according to what you want to work on. He will take into account your desires, your goals, your exercising level but also your medical history to make you a good training session.
The advantage is that the coach will not let you give up! In fact, he is there to push you to go ahead and push your further. Sometimes we need a little bit of motivation to help boost and improve.
It is advisable to practice with your coach at least one session of one hour per week. The sports coach will also teach you some simple exercises to practice alone at home until the next session.
And finally, it is important to choose the right sports coach according to your needs and your goals!
